large room friendly staff well presented hotel
The staff at reception was so friendly! i got a large room and bathroom. This bathroom had enough space for all my stuff! i also requested two beds, and they granted it. So cool. the hotel also has a well presented hotel! the staff were always helpful, what a plus. And courteous!
the room was a bit noisy, i could hear everything outside.

unfriendly staff thin walls
The reception staff acted like i owed them money, not exactly the warm welcome i was expecting. no smiles, just a form shoved in my face and a demand for my card. perhaps they should spend some time observing the bar staff. Those guys actually acknowledge your existence. plus, the walls are paper-thin. i could hear my neighbors redecorating at 6 a.m.

thin pillows hallway noise
The noise levels were disappointing. i could hear everything from the hallway, including early morning commotion. also, the pillows were rather thin. I found it difficult to get comfortable.

solid central stay
convenient location ample choice satisfying quality
i found the location to be convenient, placing many attractions within easy reach. the breakfast offered ample choices and satisfying quality. I was especially impressed with the variety. the availability of parking near the heart of the city provided significant ease for travelers like myself.
the staff didn't. the room sound proofing was poor. i could hear a lot of noise from outside and other rooms.

great location live piano music nice touch
the location was really great, near the shopping street. plaza españa was also close at 200 m away. i liked the live piano music in the evenings, it was a nice touch.
the reception staff seemed a little uninterested, i think they need to smile more.
