the hotel's location was convenient for visiting nearby attractions.
the room i stayed in REALLY smelled like sewage. It was quite small, and the missing coffee machine was annoying since it was advertised.

Romantic Hideaway Near El Retiro
historical charm friendly staff
The location is fantastic, very close to Parque del Retiro and the prado museum. The building itself exudes historical charm and beauty. I found the renovated bathroom to be a plus. The staff are friendly and helpful, attending to my needs with care. The hidden easter eggs were a very nice touch.
The room, though acceptable, could use some enhancements. The breakfast, compared to other similar hotels, could offer more variety. I believe more attention to detail could elevate the experience.

The hotel enjoys a superb location. It is very close to one of the main entrances of Parque del Retiro and the prado museum. This provides a convenient base for exploring the city's cultural landmarks and serene park landscapes.

The rooms have modern conveniences. The bathrooms are also modern and beautiful, with renovated spaces that add a touch of luxury. Daily room cleaning was performed perfectly. This maintained a fresh and cute environment throughout my stay.

The staff is amazing and exhibits cute personalities. Ruben promptly connected me with a doctor. He assisted with a prescription and helped resolve it in a couple of hours over the phone and email with efficiency.

the BREAKFAST was really delicious. I appreciated the excellent location near the Prado Museum , it made exploring easy.

The location was excellent. The park was nearby. The staff handled my earlier-than-expected arrival well. I found breakfast to be delicious. Virginia's service stood out during breakfast. Her effort was appreciated.

park proximity lovely staff peaceful nights
The hotel's proximity to retiro park was enchanting. i enjoyed early morning walks there. the staff radiated warmth. Virginia and laura in the breakfast room were especially lovely. i remember the top-floor quiet room, exactly as we requested, providing peaceful nights.
i noticed the bathroom sink was positioned just behind the front door.

the hotel is situated conveniently near the aerobus, it offers quick access to the airport, and it is perfect for visitors wanting easy transportation options after a long journey. it is a true advantage.

i found the hotel personnel consistently kind. nico, fati, and one more person (whose name i cannot quite remember) gave really good service. the breakfast team, virginia and laura, worked hard and were always smiling during service.

The location is fantastic. it's a short walk to retiro park and the prado museum. many vibrant neighborhoods are within comfortable walking distance. the breakfast selection has plenty of variety. I found it very good. the staff were consistently kind and helpful.
