mixed feelings about this hotel
poor service bathtub problem
the breakfast service lacked attentiveness. i asked for salt, but it never arrived. the bathtub also had drainage issues making it quite inconvenient.

faulty air conditioning street noise
the staff was helpful i had no issues getting assistance when needed.
the room i booked a standard double or twin room extra bed had a persistent issue the air conditioning did not function properly it struggled to cool the room adequately this made sleeping difficult i reported this to the front desk but the problem persisted throughout my stay furthermore the noise from the street was noticeable even with the windows closed.

closed terrace incorrect bed
the location was convenient it provided easy access to many attractions.
the roof terrace was closed due to weather despite sunny conditions this was disappointing i specifically chose the hotel for this amenity. my request for twin beds was ignored i received a double bed it took time to resolve this with the front desk.
