a reasonable experience

great location friendly staff decent room unprepared reception unclean elevator cold water

the location was excellent. it was very close to plaza del sol and the metro station. the staff were friendly. the quadruple room we had was a decent size.

the reception lacked preparation. finding the reservation was not smooth. the stairs and elevator looked unclean. the shower water was cold at night.

faulty airco warm room

the location was central, convenient for exploring the area..

the room was quite warm, even without the heating turned on. the air conditioning did not seem to be working and there was no immediate solution provided. even with the window open, it remained uncomfortably warm throughout the night.

the location is prime i walked everywhere. my room a quadruple room was huge it easily accommodated my whole family i really loved the spaciousness

the noise isolation could be better i heard some street noise at night it was a minor disturbance

i found the location excellent for accessing various attractions and public transportation. the provided blackout curtains worked effectively to keep the room dark for sleeping. the breakfast had good variety and fresh options each morning. the staff was friendly and always ready to assist with directions and information.

the bathroom lacked a small shelf for toiletries near the sink.

I found the location convenient for exploring. Access to central attractions was right outside the door. The breakfast included was a definite plus and located in the hotel lobby.

The lack of a kettle in the room was inconvenient I wanted to make tea.

The hotel staff was cute and pleasant offering assistance with questions. Front desk personnel were excellent demonstrating friendliness and helpfulness. I was impressed by the purple hard candy given upon checkout.

The room was spacious including a very nice bathroom. I found the room spotlessly clean with all necessary amenities. It was great to have a bidet in the bathroom I also liked the comforter on the bed.

The hotel location is excellent being very central. The hotel is near the main streets offering plentiful shopping. I found eateries and a big supermarket close by. The Sol metro station is very close to the hotel entrance.

Breakfast was a typical continental style however the quality was excellent. The elevator was fabulous especially given heavy suitcases. The hotel provided transportation to the airport which was arranged at the front desk.
