the staff was always very helpful and polite. the room was quite clean and cozy (i liked the décor). the hotel offered complimentary snacks and drinks at the lobby 24/7.

the parking garage was tight with numerous columns. i damaged my rental car trying to maneuver out of the garage. it was quite a hassle.
