I ordered room service expecting a delicious meal. What I received was just basic snacks. They were very salty and hard to digest. I experienced a BAD SURPRISE upon checkout. I looked at the final bill for too long, and they charged me twice, 600 EUR instead of 300 EUR! It has been ten days and still no refund! Each contact with the staff made me think that they believed I was trying to extort them instead of the opposite!

The location is superb, very close to the bus station, S-Bahn, and trams. I appreciated the short walk to the Brandenburg Gate, filled with shops along the way. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a grand staircase.

the hotel location was perfect. it was easy to reach from the airport. it was also convenient for accessing the train station and a nearby u-bahn station. the hotel was very clean, which i very much appreciated. the breakfast selection was great, and the food in the bar was delicious.

I encountered one small issue. The heating in one of the rooms was not functioning properly. after i complained, they brought an electric heater. this was less than ideal, but the staff did their best to solve the problem
