I loved the breakfast buffet. It had a huge choice, and the food tasted very nice. The onsite restaurant has a lovely outside area! I really enjoyed it this summer.

The self-service check-in process was a nightmare. There was no other option for me. I had to fill in mandatory information via badly designed pages on a tablet, it was very annoying. I also had to code my own keycard.

this hotel impressed me greatly. its location proved convenient, facilitating easy access to nearby shops, attractions, and public transport. i found the rooms super clean and thoroughly equipped. i particularly enjoyed the variety and freshness of the breakfast options each morning.

during my stay, the self-serve check-in process proved to be a bit difficult. a simpler, more direct check-in system would greatly improve the arrival experience . i believe this area could benefit from some adjustments.

SUPER Experience at the Hotel!

I found the staff VERY helpful. The breakfast was surprisingly good, a fantastic start to each day. I enjoyed how quiet the rooms were. There were many cosy places to spend time with friends. The lobby was beautiful. i LOVED the garden.

The curtains allowed too much light. I woke up earlier than expected.

the hotel is close to the Zoological Garden and has direct transport links. It is also convenient for sightseeing. Lützowplatz location has plenty of taxis and Ubers readily available, amazing.

Breakfast offered MANY options. The selection was good. Everything tasted delicious. I enjoyed the convenience of having a nice selection of restaurants located nearby. They are within walking distance.

the gym had good equipment for workouts. Sauna facilities were of good quality. I could even rent bikes, and it allowed exploring the area much easier. It was so much FUN.

Self check-in was a nightmare. the machines were mostly broken, and even when one worked, it was so slow. i had to enter my country, but the keyboard didn't have the correct letters (ö for austria for example), so it was impossible. no one was around to help, and i couldn't find my room afterward. It felt pretty abandoned.
