The location is unbeatable. i walked to numerous attractions and found plenty of dining options nearby. my room was quiet and clean. This was a huge plus. i especially appreciated how accommodating the staff were. They offered quick, helpful service at every turn.
i noticed that the wi-fi was a bit slow at times.

The staff were very helpful upon my arrival. They provided quick and efficient assistance with check-in. i found them quite knowledgeable of the local area and their recommendations were really appreciated. their english was excellent, made communication easy.

breakfast in the club lounge was quite pleasant, with a sufficient selection available from the buffet. everything tasted fresh, and the staff kept the area immaculate. i found enough choice for a fulfilling start to the day.

The premium double room with a river view included a mini bar and tea and coffee making facilities. This added convenience. the room's size was excellent, and it was also very clean. i found that the storage space was adequate for my belongings.

it is near a railway station. this allowed me to travel around easily. the room was also very quiet! the bed was large. it allowed me to rest well.

I really enjoyed the central location. It was so convenient. the gym was a highlight. i found plenty of equipment and appreciated the provided towels and water. access to underground parking directly from the hotel was very helpful.
the pillows were quite flat. i needed to fold them to get comfortable.

the location was adequate. breakfast provided enough options.
Upon entering my room, i noticed immediately there was no complimentary water. the air conditioning was also not functioning. It took several hours for maintenance to address the issue. the television remote lacked batteries which became an annoyance. i find these oversights unacceptable for an hotel of this standing.
