perfect location friendly staff complimentary wine leaking shower missing fridge thin walls
The location was perfect. I walked to many tourist spots easily. The staff were very friendly. They offered a complimentary glass of wine each evening. It was lovely after a long day.
The shower was old. Water leaked onto the bathroom floor. There was no fridge in the room. TV sound came through the walls. It disturbed me.

the hotel is very close to metro and tivoli gardens i found the room aesthetically pleasing. i did appreciate the sustainability initiative around the optional room cleaning service. the hotel had danish design that i liked

Stylish Hotel near Central Station
friendly staff central location comfy room soundproof windows
I found the staff super friendly. They provide assistance with anything I needed. I liked that the hotel is very central, a short walk from the station. My room was comfy. I could not hear the busy street noise due to soundproof windows.
The cafe next door is popular, so I recommend reserving a table.

My room had a large desk. It was great for working. The bed was comfortable, and it helped me rest after a long day. I liked the Danish design history highlighted throughout the room.

train station comfy beds
The hotel location near the train station was great. I walked to Tivoli and the university area. The staff were helpful. I stored my luggage before check-in. The beds were comfy. The room had good space and nice furniture.
The room felt very old. There was cold wind coming in from the window.
