I found the breakfast amazing. The variety was very nice. the staff at reception were super friendly and always smiling. i really appreciated the central location because i safe area and could easily walk around. the single room was clean and it was surprisingly spacious, a plus for me.
the room got very warm at night and i would have really appreciated air conditioning! the drain in the bathroom had a noticeable, unpleasant smell that was hard to ignore. these small improvements would easily elevate the entire stay experience .

my room included a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom with complimentary toiletries, plus, the room size allowed for easy movement and storage. the wardrobe offered generous space to store my belongings neatly. i liked that the room was cleaned daily to a very high standard.

the breakfast had many options, from pastries to fresh fruit. hot dishes. the restaurant service was efficient, with staff constantly refilling items, and the dining area was kept clean. i loved the convenience of having coffee and tea available throughout the day.

The hotel offers bike rentals, a great way to explore the area. Plus, the tram stops close to the hotel, made airport transfers very easy. a nearby gym can be used at a discount, it is a useful addition for fitness-conscious guests. luggage storage is free after checkout.

The hotel offers a good location, with access to many attractions.
The room's shower gel and shampoo pumps were broken. I had to unscrew the bottles, a minor but noticeable issue. A constant, loud metallic screeching sound occurred every night on the 4th floor. It disturbed my rest. A robe in the room had noticeable black stains was good, though it felt clean.
