the breakfast was good. there was a fair choice of food i did see. the room had good facilities, including a fridge and iron. i loved the coziness of the hotel. the staff was very nice, it felt so homey.

upon arrival, there was a very strong fragrance at the reception area. it was possibly from a scented candle and so overwhelming. the receptionist gave us the wrong room. it had a double bed, not twin beds, as requested. the overcharge on the bill bothered me so much, such a disturbance it was.

breakfast included a generous spread, a good start. a fridge and iron in the room added a touch of home. i loved how cozy this hotel felt, not too large, everything seemed gentle. the staff greeted me with genuine smiles, so kind and available.

i found strong artificial fragrance at the reception, as i stepped inside, a scent very intense, it affected me a lot. as someone sensitive, this made check-in difficult. it lingered so very long.

The staff was attentive. They remembered small details and always greeted me warmly. requests for extra towels were quickly fulfilled, and information was given kindly. i felt really seen.

a gym with modern equipment was available, i saw treadmills and weights, all clean. the sauna offered a quiet retreat, a gentle heat so relaxing. there was also complimentary bike rental, a nice perk.

the hotel is near the central station, everything felt easy to get to. it was an easy walk to shops, everything close by. the harbor was also within a stroll, i walked gently near the water.

breakfast offered a fair choice of food. the room had a fridge, iron and board, convenient. the staff was very nice and accommodating.

the shower lacked a proper place for shampoo and conditioner. the beds were two small beds pushed together. there was no minibar available in the room.
