A Step Back in Time... In the Best Way

The check-in process was smooth. I received the room earlier than expected. The bed in my room was huge and provided really good comfort. The hotel history book, detailing its past with the orient express, was magical.

The hairdryer in the bathroom had a minor fault. It was quickly addressed, but it was a slight inconvenience.

bad smellterrible housekeeping

I was not happy. Housekeeping was terrible. The bed had a bad smell and we found urine on the mattress on our second night. The cleaning lady came at 5 PM on the second day and only took the towels and soap without replacing them. It seems this hotel dont care if they get better.
