the hotel location is quite central. it allowed easy access to various attractions. the gym was reasonably equipped. i found this beneficial for maintaining my fitness routine.
the room lacked clear signage for the parking garage. i found it difficult to locate initially. the receptionist seemed somewhat unprepared. there were delays getting the room access card activated properly. the qr code for parking also did not work.

the hotel was new and the location was acceptable.
I encountered issues with the room i booked from september 8th to 12th. I booked three rooms for six people including breakfast and was later charged over €200 extra because supposedly only one person's breakfast was included. the fire alarm also went off at 5 am one morning, disrupting our sleep without reasonable compensation.

the location was right in the city center it was very convenient
i stayed at this hotel in october 2024 my beautiful king castle view room was clean but breakfast was a problem i had booked for six people including breakfast and the hotel failed to inform us it only included breakfast for one this seemed like a hidden cost i wasn't happy about this situation

The breakfast buffet included sweet options. It also had savory food. I saw a clothes steamer in my room. It was helpful for removing creases.
Soundproofing in the bathroom was bad. It offered little privacy.
