i stayed in a superior beautiful double room it had two separate sinks. the room also included a rainfall shower. the hotel had a convenient underground parking.
the tv remote had a set volume i found a little low.

totally awesome stay!
quiet hotel lovely staff great breakfast
i travel often, and this was a highlight! the double room was perfect, just so neat. i value peace a lot, and the hotel was super quiet. the breakfast was AMAZING!!! so many choices and the reception staff were lovely.
The air conditioning seemed a little strange though. It kept turning back on after i switched it off, but it was not a big deal.

amazing stay!
fantastic location corner room great restaurant
This hotel has a fantastic location near the train and bus stations! i was upgraded to a corner room on the 15th floor. It was a super surprise. the restaurant recommendation (julija) was so good i went twice (they know their stuff!).
The housekeeping wasn't great . The room wasn't cleaned properly one day. i expected better for a hotel of this caliber.

Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of choices. I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries. i also had slovenian red wine with lunch and dinner and i can recommend it.

the room was super clean and cozy, always appreciated. i had a great view of the castle from the 21st floor (it was a very pleasant sight). the room had everything i needed to also work.

fast lifts nice view convenient location
the hotel offers very fast lifts to reach higher floors. my room on the higher floor provided a nice view of the surroundings. the location proved convenient as it was close to both the bus station and the train station.
The housekeeping seemed a bit inconsistent. The room cleaning occurred late during the day.

large room dog allowance friendly staff lovely breakfast
the room was very large. they allowed my dog to stay with me. the reception staff was super friendly. i also liked the lovely breakfast. breakfast had a nice selection. it had different food. i would stay here again.
the bottled water in the room was charged additionally which i found a little strange.

seamless visit smooth handling superb view
The staff were lovely. I had requested an upgrade to a twin room and it was handled seamlessly. My room on the twentieth floor featured views overlooking the city center.
Housekeeping was not completely thorough upon my arrival. I noticed crumbs on the floor. The strong artificial perfume scent in the room was very noticeable and the windows do not open.
