fantastic accommodation experience
convenient location varied breakfast helpful staff
the hotel's location allowed convenient city exploration i easily accessed many attractions. breakfast provided varied choices i particularly enjoyed fresh fruit and savory dishes. the staff responded quickly to requests and offered helpful information i felt very supported. the bed offered really good comfort i slept very well.
i noticed hallway humidity near my room it caused a slight inconvenience upon entry and exit

the hotel is near the city center old town is only a short walk away. the hotel is situated in a lively area many restaurants are nearby. the immediate vicinity offers much to see the area is very friendly.

wonderful central stay!
convenient location helpful staff tasty options seamless arrival
The hotel's location proved convenient for exploring the city. I accessed many attractions by foot. the staff members were always ready to help, which i appreciated so much. breakfast offered a wide array of fresh and tasty options. I found something new to try each morning. the airport shuttle service arranged by the hotel made my arrival and departure seamless.
the hairdryer sparked a bit when i used it.

The hotel's central situation made getting to points of interest very easy. i was able to walk to a lot of the attractions. it was close to the bus terminal. This was a big help.

clogged drain non-functional mini-fridge
the bathroom wasn't great (i expect more from a hotel like this). the shower drain was clogged, so the water pooled around my feet. also, the mini-fridge didn't work. i reported it, but it wasn't fixed so my drinks weren't cold.

I appreciated the central location. It made exploring very convenient. breakfast offered a wide selection of items. It was a great start to each day. the room included modern amenities. I found them very useful. staff members were consistently helpful.
i noticed some slight wear on furniture in my room, it suggested that some areas are due for updates.

ineffective air conditioning street noise
the air conditioning in my room was not effective, i had difficulty getting the temperature to a comfortable level (i prefer it cooler at night). also, i found the noise from the street noticeable, especially early in the morning as deliveries were made. it disrupted my sleep on a couple of occasions. these issues detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience. i expected better soundproofing from a hotel of this category.
