ineffective air conditioningstreet noise

the air conditioning in my room was not effective, i had difficulty getting the temperature to a comfortable level (i prefer it cooler at night). also, i found the noise from the street noticeable, especially early in the morning as deliveries were made. it disrupted my sleep on a couple of occasions. these issues detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience. i expected better soundproofing from a hotel of this category.

the location allows easy access to nearby attractions. the breakfast offered a variety of options. the staff were attentive and took care of my luggage storage needs.

the room seemed dated. the air conditioning unit was quite noisy. i found limited space for luggage in the room.
