Decent Location. Some Frustrations
poor service unreliable transfer
The service was definitely lacking, pretty frustrating given the cost. I asked about the bus stop and got pushed toward their transfer, I was told everything was set. The transfer never showed. I don't get promoting something if it can't be delivered and staff didn't care. I would have walked. -.

close location helpful staff good coffee
the hotel is very close to the park. i could walk to the entrance easily. the staff were helpful with extending my park ticket for another day! the breakfast had really good coffee.

Fantastic Stay Near the Park!
convenient location complimentary ride extended ticket
This hotel is super close to Entrance 2 (you can walk!). The location made exploring the area so easy. Staff extended our park tickets for free, which allowed us another day of adventure! The hotel also arranged a complimentary ride to a nearby restaurant.
The rooms do need some updates (the furniture felt a little dated).

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided clear information about the area. They also assisted with transportation to bus stops (which was so appreciated!).
