charmed by the location and service!

The breakfast had many options! i liked that the front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. the lobby bar staff were fantastic. They interacted with all customers professionally. i especially enjoyed the caipirinhas.
I found that my beautiful room had hardly any view of the garden. It was also on the bottom floor. the bathroom seemed dated with poor drainage. the room itself wasn't particularly clean with stained walls and curtains.

the hotel has a lovely outdoor area with a pool and a sitting area where one can chill. the hotel is located on a beautiful peninsula! there is a short bus ride to the historic heart of the city. the location is superb.

the breakfast buffet was extensive and offered a great variety. i especially liked the fresh pastries (i'm a big fan of sweets!). the pool area was well kept and had plenty of sun loungers available. the hotel shop had a really good selection of items and was very convenient.
the air conditioning in my room was not very effective. it struggled to keep the room cool during the day. i also noticed that the soundproofing wasn't great, and i could sometimes hear noise from neighboring rooms. the check-out process was a bit slow (there seemed to be a queue).

oh my gosh, the breakfast was like, totally five star, even better than some other fancy hotels i been to. the facilities at the hotel are like, all good and stuff. and the room? super clean, like wow! the hotel it self is also like, very clean.

the breakfast buffet had a decent selection.
The air conditioning barely worked. It was set to the coldest setting, but it still blew out warm air. this made sleeping very difficult. i seemed like i was in a sauna all night. It was unbelievably frustrating!
