Solid Stay for a Function

I was here for an engagement party and it worked out quite well. tricia really helped us out, the room was booked and even sorted out rooms for family. the newbridge suite was roomy. It included his and hers sinks, a bath and a separate shower. it really made our event smoother.
the room i stayed in felt a little dated. it didnt ruin the experience, but some updating would certainly improve things.

The hotel has garden access which was nice as it gave the children freedom to run and be relaxed. The team supported us immediately, when we needed rooms at the last minute for makeup artists and guests.

My room was large and warm. I also found the room to be very clean, which i always appreciate. there was a good supply of tea and coffee. There was a comfortable bed and the room offered amenities, as is to be expected from a chain hotel.

The receptionist was friendly. Donna really went the extra mile for us, i found the staff to be helpful. trisha helped sort out accommodation for our friends and family. The check in was smooth and efficient, always very nice.

The staff were helpful, especially Trisha. Shes a star. The tables were how agreed and vendors spoke to the staff easily. The hall suits my event, a nice surprise.
My room smelled like sewage. It was unpleasant, more so as I am pregnant. I paid for late checkout but received a call at 12. They said I did not have one but then seen that I did. I felt rushed.
