decent stay overall

welcome drinks excellent shower hallway noise limited options

check in was fast. welcome drinks were offered. the room was clean and sized well for two people. the shower and amenities were really nice!

i could easily hear everything going on in the hallway. other guests walking by were very audible. it wasn't very quiet. the noise was impactful! the breakfast options for me were limited. as a celiac, i only had access to yogurt, eggs, and coffee.

I found the staff helpful. The team at reception offered helpful recommendations and advice regarding local dining spots. The hotel's location near Piazzale Roma allowed easy access to transportation. I could quickly reach various attractions and locations.

The lack of a bellboy was noticeable. Carrying luggage without assistance presented some difficulty. This impacted the initial experience upon arrival at the hotel. I feel this is an area where improvements could enhance guest convenience.

decent accommodation

quiet side street refillable water missing bell boy inconvenient luggage assistance

the hotel was a convenient 10-15 minute walk from the train station. it was tucked away on a quiet side street. the refillable water station in the lobby was a nice feature.. i thought it was a thoughtful touch.

the location is not central. i walked for about thirty minutes to the town center. i noticed there was no bell boy to assist with the luggages.

adequate stay but issues arose

insufficient soundproofing billing discrepancies

the air conditioning seemed inadequate the room remained warmer than desired even at the lowest setting i also found the soundproofing to be insufficient street noise was noticeable late into the night disrupting sleep quality. the breakfast buffet lacked variety after a few days it became quite repetitive. finally there was an issue with billing it took multiple attempts to resolve discrepancies on the final invoice.

The staff welcomed us with prosecco and juice. i appreciated the junior suite. It accommodated my two kids. the location was convenient , with bars and restaurants nearby. i found the walk to rialto bridge manageable.
