lovely stay near piazza san marco

central location polite staff comfortable beds

i appreciated the proximity to st mark's square.. it made sightseeing very easy. the staff was polite, and the breakfast had many good choices. our room had comfortable beds, and we slept well after busy days. the location really made it easy to explore without long walks.

The bathroom was small, and counter space was limited. Organizing toiletries was a bit difficult.

the staff offers luggage assistance up the stairs at the entrance. breakfast service was prompt and courteous each morning. the front desk provided helpful directions to local attractions including water taxi stations.

our room included a safe for valuables. the air conditioning worked very well, maintaining a comfortable temperature. the classic double venetian room offered a standard double bed. a television with multiple channels.

the breakfast area overlooks a side of the basilica providing a pleasant view. the hotel has a collection service available from the airport. porters assisted with luggage because the reception is accessible only by stairs.

The location was amazing, steps from san marco square. the staff was friendly and very helpful. They spoke several languages. breakfast had many options and staff were quick to refill items.

the room was quite small. the tv was not a smart tv, so i couldn't access streaming apps. the bathroom felt a little outdated.

convenient location helpful staff beautiful setting faulty air conditioning high temperature unresponsive representative

the location is very convenient, steps from major attractions. the staff let me store my luggage after checkout, this was helpful. breakfast was plentiful in a beautiful setting overlooking the basilica.

the air conditioning barely worked. it could not keep up with the outside temperature. the room was too hot and there were no ac vents in the bathrooms. the representatives at the front desk did not acknowledge my complaint about the temperature.
