inadequate soundproofing centrally regulated climate control
The location was perfect , situated close to the train station and local transport links.
I was disappointed in the room I received , despite the initial impression. The soundproofing was inadequate . I could clearly hear noise from outside and other guests. the climate control seemed to be centrally regulated , and I could not adjust the temperature to my comfort.

clean room comfy bed excellent location
This hotel is in a handy spot right near the train station. the room was very clean. The comfy beds were much appreciated after a long day. i found the location excellent. It offered great access to transport links.

dirty walls stained carpets
the breakfast was acceptable.
The room looked worn. The walls were dirty. the carpets seemed old and had noticeable stains (not what i expect, really). also, the staff at reception seemed impatient when i was paying the city taxes, i felt rushed.

excellent location good breakfast
the location is excellent with a quick walk to the train station. i found several good places to eat nearby. breakfast was also good (the coffee was great!).

the hotel is a short walk from the main train and bus stations. this makes it very easy to get to the airport or venice. many restaurants are within walking distance.

the staff were very helpful and friendly, i especially appreciated their quick responses. they happily provided us with tea bags for our room when we asked. they were really great, always willing to help with a smile.

fantastic stay near the station

clean room coffee maker train station
The room was clean and spacious. i especially liked the coffee maker with its variety of coffee pods. They even refilled it daily. the nearby train station made getting around very easy. the breakfast was AMAZING!!!
