excellent location and service

convenient location easy transportation

i found the location very convenient it was a short walk from the bus station. accessing transportation was easy due to the proximity to the people mover area. breakfast had very nice options that i enjoyed each morning.

the air conditioning in my room did not seem to cool the space sufficiently. this was a minor issue but it affected my overall experience slightly. i hope they address this problem .

the hotel's restaurant, giardino d'inverno, provided an enjoyable experience with outdoor seating. breakfast offered many choices and was beautifully presented each morning. i visited restaurants suggested by the hotel that proved to be very good.

the hotel provided excellent service with staff always helpful and friendly. i appreciated the warm welcome and attentive assistance. the desk staff was amazing and helpful with all my requests .

the room was spacious and well appointed with beautiful design. my beautiful double room included a balcony with a canal view. the bed was comfortable allowing me to have good sleep after busy days.

the room was a superior king or twin room. i found two complimentary bottles of water and also a turndown service each day. the hotel offered luggage storage after i checked out.

the gym equipment looked slightly dated.
