the location was quite lovely with its sea view, i will give them that.

I found the service to be lacking. The staff seemed uninterested in assisting guests. sometimes, requests were ignored. the cleaning staff didn't seem particularly thorough. On one occasion, we returned to find our room hadn't been cleaned until well into the afternoon (after 2 p.m. to be exact).

the views of the sea were certainly amazing. i found the location near the cable car convenient. it allowed quick access to the town.

the weddings held there were quite loud. music continued late and disturbed the peace. also, i heard a train. it ran nearby and created constant noise. it was not very peaceful.

i loved this hotel. the front desk ensured a smooth check in and helped me with valet parking. the hotel provided great service at the restaurant. i really enjoyed the delicious food by the pool.

The gym equipment needs updating. It felt old and worn.
