private jetty easy access close attractions small room waiting room roof terrace
The hotel is very close to attractions. I found a water taxi stop very close by. The hotel has its own private jetty for taxi pick up and drop off. I had easy access to everything, including food and shopping.
The room was really small for the price I paid. The lounge looked more like a waiting room. The breakfast and bar area seemed like a small cafe. I could not access the roof terrace, as it looked in the pictures.

really good canal-side stay!
prime location great view fresh breakfast
The boat stop is directly outside. the junior suite view gave fantastic views. the breakfast offered fresh scrambled eggs and bacon. It was varied. staff were helpful. They were attentive to my needs.
the rooftop bar prices were expensive.

the hotel features a ferry pick up area just outside its front door. this provides super convenient transportation access. the location is fantastic with easy access to nearby shops.

excellent location near vaporetto stop
inner courtyard rooftop terrace accommodating staff
the hotel is next to a vaporetto stop. i especially enjoyed the inner courtyard for relaxation. there was an opportunity to enjoy the rooftop terrace with good cocktails. the staff was accommodating and friendly.
hammering and power tools began early. the rooftop bar prices were high. a couple of drinks cost a lot.

i took the junior suite with an amazing balcony view. the room was very big, giving plenty of space to move around. there was a bathtub in the roomwith a romantic touch. the junior suite had good value.

the staff gave a very good itinerary at check in of what to do. the staff was attentive and helpful with all requests. i found the service to be prompt and courteous. the team addressed my queries quickly.

the hotel has a position on the main canal near services. i found a pharmacy and supermarket only three minutes away. the location is quiet, with a garden behind the hotel. access was great from the ferrybus stop right in front.

breakfast had plenty savory items as well as cooked eggs. individual, bottled fresh juice choices impressed me! the breakfast options were plentiful. i was happy with the overall experience.
