the staff upgraded my sister and me unexpectedly on our return visit, which we appreciated greatly.. the hotel is in a good location near the trevi fountain, and it is close to the central part of the area. the boutique hotel has cute central spaces and a courtyard.

the hotel lacked tea or coffee facilities, which i would have loved to have available in the lounge.

the breakfast was acceptable (it had plenty of options).

The room i stayed in reminded me of a dungeon. It smelled like mold and was outside of the actual building with a separate entrance. the walls were paper thin and i could hear the neighbors using the restroom (yes, you can hear everything!).
