the reception staff was helpful. i appreciated the free and safe inside parking, and the internet quality worked well. the hotel exactly matches the photos shared online (which is always reassuring).
the elevator conditions were not optimal, sometimes jumping a bit.

i received a free upgrade to a larger room and i was happy. the value for money felt excellent. the breakfast selection was really amazing compared to other places i have stayed.
i thought the elevator was old and jumped sometimes. this felt unsafe and needs some attention.

The hotel provided free inside parking, which I found secure. Breakfast offered a decent selection. I appreciated the helpful staff for luggage assistance from parking to reception.
The hotel is not very close to the main attractions. It requires a 20-minute ride to reach various sites. I also noticed a lack of English channels on the TV despite their listing.
