the location was convenient. i walked easily to the train station, which helped a lot with my travel plans. the breakfast included a satisfactory selection of pastries and coffee. the room was cleaned daily ..
the walls seemed thin. i could hear noises from other rooms, and hallway conversations. the elevator looked rather dusty. the staircase also showed wear and tear.

the room was clean daily. breakfast was upstairs after a request at the front desk to accommodate my needs. the staff helped arrange a table. breakfast was good.

The hotel is near the train station, a huge plus. I walked to the hotel with my luggage and didn't feel exhausted. The breakfast offered a good choice of meals. The staff were helpful.

helpful staff good air conditioning breakfast option fresh towels
Staff was helpful with directions. The air conditioning worked very well. The breakfast included many options. I found a good selection of pastries offered each morning. They cleaned the room daily. I liked that fresh towels were always provided.
The elevator was slow and somewhat small, so there can be a wait sometimes.

Mixed Experience Near Termini
old facilities moldy curtain
The location is close to the Termini station and many restaurants.
The facilities are quite old. I found dust and mold on the curtains. The bathroom door and ceiling were swollen from moisture (I seemed like sneezing all the time).

train station walking distance airport transfer
The hotel's proximity to the main train station proved very useful. Numerous restaurants were also within a short walking distance of the hotel. The availability of airport transfer arranged directly through the reception was convenient.
The kettle provided in the room lacked coffee.
