i appreciate that the front desk staff helped us a lot when we arrived from the train station, they even assisted us with luggage. it was such a relief! the hotel provided clean rooms and the restaurant offered great food, my family and i really enjoyed it. the staff helped us call a cab, because we quickly learned we weren't as comfortable taking the bus or metro with our kids.
the surrounding area felt a bit unsafe, so we were just extra cautious when walking around at night.

the hotel boasts a perfect location, especially if you often use termini station. its proximity to the station is convenient. we enjoyed being just steps away, it made our travels much easier!!!

The staff demonstrated really good helpfulness. The reception and restaurant teams were pretty good too assist my daughter when she wasn't feeling well. their attentiveness and willingness to help. i'd definitely recommend it!!!
