i found the staff helpful and friendly i saw the rooms were simple but very clean and modern. the breakfast was amazing i liked the dining area. i will use this hotel again i highly recommend it to others.
the bedroom only had sockets on one side of the bed this did not work well for me.

The staff were very friendly.. the room was clean and well appointed with a king-size bed. breakfast was included and cooked to order. Continental breakfast options were also available. i would definitely stay here again if i travel this way.

lisa welcomed us at reception. jemma in the dining room was very kind. our room was clean and comfy. we will be back from usa.
noise from the corridors seemed loud in the room. people arriving late woke us. sound proofed doors might help.

the staff accommodated my bike storage needs after cycling. they also supplied extra towels without hesitation. i found the customer service to be very attentive.
the corridor noise was quite audible within the room. i noticed thin walls allowed a lot of sound to travel from other rooms. the bathroom lacked a toilet roll holder.
