Excellent stay with great food
ample space sunday carvery good car parking room for vehicles
The room provided ample space. I found the sunday carvery to be delicious. The hotel has good car parking with plenty of room for vehicles. I would definitely return here.
The ramp down from the car park seems a little steep. This could be difficult for a wheelchair user. The age of the building probably makes this inevitable.

Wonderful Stay With a Dog!
helpful staff huge choice
The staff were very friendly and helpful. They even gave my dog some meat, which I appreciated very much. The breakfast offered a huge choice, so I definitely did not go hungry. Dinner was tasty too. The fish pie was amazing.
The room had magnolia walls and pine furniture, look quite dated. I believe a refurbishment would greatly improve it.

The hotel welcomes dogs and provides a great bar area. The grounds around the hotel are lovely, and provide enough space for walking around. The hotel also has parking and is close to many attractions.

My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The room was equipped with a large bed, a television, and tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom had all the necessary toiletries, great.

The food tasted excellent and had plenty of flavor. There was a carvery with different types of meat, potatoes, and vegetables. The hotel restaurant has a great variety of delicious options. You must try the fish pie.

The location is close to Tissington Hall. It's also a good location for visiting a good selection of attractions. Some beauty spots include Dovedale, Carsington Water, and the Tissington trail.

the carvery on sunday was delicious. breakfast the next day was equally good. a GOOD-SIZED car park made parking simple. the location allows for convenient exploration of the area.

The staff members were friendly. The hotel is very dog-friendly, and my dog received meat. The carvery was excellent. The hotel provides ample car parking.
The bathroom sign indicated that the water could take ten minutes to warm up.

Breakfast included fresh options. The staff offered prompt service. The parking lot accommodated many vehicles and access was easy. I had a dinner with fresh local fish. It tasted good.
The bedside lamp was a bit dim.
