I found the mattress comfortable and the heating worked very well. The water was red hot whenever I needed it. I noticed the staff were both attentive and friendly, always ready to help.

The manager made an early breakfast for me. This helped me get to work on time. The staff were also friendly. They were helpful .

The lock on my room door was loose. It had only one secure screw. The door did not fit its frame. There was a gap at the bottom.

the hotel looked very tired inside. some plugs in my family room did not work also one plug had a large crack i did not like it because children are there. blackout curtains are needed as my daughter struggled to sleep because of the light.
