dirty carpet sticky furniture
the breakfast was acceptable and promptly served.
the room was not properly cleaned. the sink was not cleaned, and the carpet had not been vacuumed. the furniture felt sticky to the touch..

the staff were very helpful. they were always willing to accommodate my needs. breakfast was excellent. a full english option was available, or a continental selection.
the floor boards creaked loudly. i heard everyone walking all the time. the beds were not comfortable. the mattresses are in need of replacing.

a mixed experience
dusty room sticky furniture
the breakfast WAS pretty good.
the room felt quite dusty WHEN i arrived. the bathroom had a noticeable smell. the bedroom furniture was also sticky to the touch which wasn't pleasant.

lovely building convenient location friendly staff delicious breakfast
the building was lovely and in a convenient location. the staff were friendly and very helpful (they provided excellent service). the room was clean. breakfast had so much to choose from and tasted delicious.
the room was small but it had everything i needed.
