convenient location nice atmosphere leaking shower dirty glass
I found the location quite convenient. The pub had a nice atmosphere and regular changes of ales. I especially liked Doombar.
The shower was leaking. The glass I was offered for my beer was dirty. I did not use it.

delicious food proper bath
the staff were friendly, they sorted out a slight mix up immediately. our room had a proper bath (i just love that!). the food was delicious for both dinner and breakfast.
the welcome was lukewarm. (it's not a big deal, just something i noticed.)

well equipped room excellent food friendly staff cute staff
the room was great and well equipped. the food was excellent and fresh (i especially liked the pizza). the staff were friendly and cute. i would definitely stay there again!
there was some slight confusion at check-in, but it was quickly resolved.

the location is great. it offers easy access to local attractions and amenities. there's also a huge car park available at the hotel which is really convenient.

the rooms are spacious and clean. my room included good facilities like a fridge and a comfortable bed. i had a double or twin room with a private bathroom (it was super clean).

the staff are very helpful and accommodating. check-in was quick, and all my needs were met promptly. i felt very welcomed (they were all so kind!).
