The location was acceptable, about 30 minutes from the city center.

I was disappointed that our room was not cleaned of six days. I informed the reception, and I had left a note outside the room. A bartender looked irritated (he was wearing gloves) when I ordered an espresso macchiato. He spent more than ten minutes preparing the coffee, because he was training other bartenders.

My room included a minibar. The room also had a very comfortable bed and complimentary soft drinks. We stayed in a disabled room, and it had ample space for wheelchair maneuvering. I appreciated these features very much!!!

The hotel did not clean our room or change towels for six days.

the air conditioning was a constant disturbance it loudly clicked on and off every few minutes the fan speed kept fluctuating even when set to a fixed setting this made it hard to sleep i think it needs an upgrade

i was grateful for the hotel's convenient location close to the train station. this made arrival and departure easy, especially with luggage (i appreciated the short walk!). the breakfast offered a good variety, even until 11 am on sundays. it included many options.

the bathroom design was unusual with glass enclosures instead of walls. this design offered minimal privacy, particularly uncomfortable when sharing the room with family (i wasn't expecting that!). the air conditioning in my room did not work properly. the room became very hot making it difficult to sleep comfortably.
