helpful staff convenient location comfortable bed hearty breakfast

the reception staff was helpful, providing quick assistance. the location worked well for accessing the city center. my room featured a comfortable bed. breakfast offered a simple, hearty start to my days (i always appreciate that).

the room overlooked an inner, abandoned building, which wasn't ideal.

Central Location and Friendly Staff

friendly staff great selection delicious breakfast

The staff was very friendly, professional, polite and efficient. They greeted me with a smile when I arrived. They also helped me out with all my questions. I loved the breakfast. There was a great selection and everything tasted delicious.

My room was on the same side as the tram line. It was loud every time a tram went past, especially when they started again at 4.30am. I had a terrible sleep.

mediocre stay with tram noise

tram noise non-functioning air conditioning

the location is good, and the price was decent for that.

The room faced the tram line, and the noise was terrible. trams started around 5 am. It was hard to sleep well. the air conditioning didn't work properly, so the room became stuffy.
