Breakfast included a good variety of food in a beautiful dining area. The bed was comfy. The hotel's location made it easy to find attractions like St Marks Square. Staff were helpful and pleasant to chat with.

The room walls had suitcase scuff marks and needed painting. Furniture was not well maintained. The headboard was broken. The bathroom also needed an upgrade. The place lacked personality.

Fantastic Stay Near Everything

The hotel is located five minutes from a water bus stop. It made getting around simple. The hotel was very clean and cool. The air conditioning worked well. I found the staff helpful, especially before our arrival (I had many questions). Alex and Marco deserve special recognition for their excellent service.

The room did not entirely match the photos online. It was fairly basic, with bare walls and not even a mirror, but the bathroom was nice.
