excellent stay in old town

helpful staff modern amenities complimentary coffee

i found the staff very helpful with directions and local recommendations. the room was a double room and featured modern amenities. the hotel provided complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby, a welcome touch after long days.

the bathroom lacked a proper sink for hand washing which was a bit inconvenient

central location friendly staff bare room inner court

the location was GREAT. it was central and convenient for exploring. the staff was also friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions.

The room was quite bare. I was expecting more for the price. the room had no view, only looking out onto an inner court. it felt a little disappointing.

low ceiling uneven floor

The room i got wasn't great. the height to the ceiling was really low at only 170 cm. also, the floor was uneven. It reminded me of i was on a ship. i felt seasick walking around. it wasn't soundproof either. i could hear everything in the next room. That was really annoying.

espresso machine friendly staff welcome drink

I appreciated the 24/7 espresso machine in the lobby. It was a great perk. the reception staff was very friendly and helpful. i also liked the complimentary welcome glass of orange juice. It was a nice touch.

great location beautiful decor small stairs baby stroller

The location was great the staff were nice. The room and bath size was spacious and the decor was beautiful. The hotel environment included free tea and coffee a nice breakfast place was also available.

The hotel is an old building that has been refurbished getting there was easy. The hotel is not very accessible it was uncomfortable for me with a baby and a stroller. There's an elevator but in each floor you then have small stairs.
