helpful staff separate sitting hot room no shampoo
the staff helped me retrieve a lost item, that was very good of them. i also found the rooms a good size with a separate sitting room, it was nice to have that space.
the ROOM was hot, and they couldn't get it to cool down for me. i also found there was no shampoo or conditioner provided in the rooms.

Fantastic Stay Near the Train Station!
helpful staff central location homemade cakes complimentary ticket
The staff were AMAZING!!! They helped so much with directions and recommendations. The location is very central, just a short walk from the main train station. The breakfast had great variety and quality. I especially liked the homemade cakes. the hotel provided a complimentary ticket to Kunsthaus, which I thought was a nice touch.

The hotel is close to the main train and central tram stations. Many good restaurants and the Limmat River are a short walk away. The old town is also very accessible from this spot.

The hotel offers complimentary tickets to Kunsthaus. There is also Wi-Fi available to guests. I did not use other facilities, but they seemed well kept. I noticed that there was good sound insulation.

The staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Elizabeth and Taota provided really good service during breakfast, always smiling. They were informative and quick to respond to any questions I asked.

The King Room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The room included a modern bathroom with good lighting.

Acceptable Stay, Some Issues Noted
warm room firm pillows
The room temperature was difficult to regulate. It remained too warm for my liking. I also noted the absence of shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom amenities. The pillows were firmer than what I find comfortable for a good night's rest. These points impacted my overall experience.

really good stay near THE station
free tickets excellent access
the staff was cute and helpful in every way. i appreciated the hotel providing free tickets to the art museum just ten minutes walk away. breakfast and location were excellent. it was so close to the main rail station with excellent access to the airport.

the staff were very helpful. i found the location excellent. the local tram was affordable and provided access to the city. breakfast had a nice range of choices.
the street was a little difficult to find initially. i wish the signage was clearer.

smaller room decieved feeling
the breakfast included a decent variety of items. it was acceptable, and there were options for everyone.
the room i got was smaller than expected. it definitely did not match the pictures i saw when i booked it. i felt decieved, and it detracted from my enjoyment of the city.
