i found the staff very friendly. they helped me with dining recommendations. the hotel location is close to restaurants and shopping. the central plaza for trains and trams is nearby too.

the room faced the main street. it was quite noisy at times. i had trouble sleeping because of the sounds. next time, i'll ask for a room away from the street.

great location short walk quick ride

The hotel's location was superb. I walked easily to the main train station. i liked that the national museum was just a short walk away. it was also close to the funicular, polybahn, a quick ride to eth.

the absence of air conditioning meant the room was warm, and opening the windows led to significant street noise late into the night, which i found disturbing.

The location was good for getting around. I found it easy to access different parts of the city.

The air conditioning barely worked. My room was very hot. Opening the windows didn't help much. The noise from the street kept me awake.

the hotel is a short walk from the train station. i found the staff to be polite and helpful . my room included coffee and tea, a nice touch.

the air conditioning in my room made quite a bit of noise. i found it difficult to adjust the shower temperature. the breakfast service seemed understaffed, and items were not replenished quickly.
