Charming Stay Near the M1
friendly staffconvenient locationquiet night
I found excellent value for the money spent. The staff were friendly (really charmed by their attentiveness). The location is convenient, especially with the M1 nearby. The pub was separate from the rooms, ensuring a quiet night.
I noticed some chipped paint on the walls needing a bit of attention.

the staff are friendlier than a golden retriever puppy and the room was big. a large room is what i always wants. the food was real tasty.
the shower felt a little aged, and the towels? not quite enough. also, a wierd smell hit my nose in the hallway, a damp smell that wasn't the best start of the day.

The room maid, Nicky, proved helpful. She maintained the room to a high standard. The staff generally seemed friendly, and i appreciated the service provided. I thought the room size was excellent.

the family room was really massive. it had a comfy double bed and two singles. the room seemed like two rooms, not one cramped space. breakfasts were super, even for fussy eaters. the staff listened to my kids plans and asked how they went the next day.
i found a crack in the wall in my room, but its a really small problem.

the family room was spacious. the staff were friendly.
there was an unpleasant damp smell when i entered the building. it continued into my room, it was difficult to sleep because of that. we didn't have enough toilet roll or towels even if the room was booked for two adults and a child.

The room was quite large and clean. the bed was comfortable, definitely the best i've slept on. breakfast was tasty. The food was well cooked.
There was no wardrobe, or cupboard space in the room. I had nowhere to store my things. it was difficult to hear the tv in the room. the fire alarm went off at 3:20 a.m., and there was no apology from staff.
