the dog friendly room was awesome with a super king sized bed! a decent shower made mornings great and french windows offered easy access to the grounds. parking was also really close by, such a relief!

The room was disappointing. the furniture was shabby and chipped, giving it a worn-out feel. the tv did not work at all and was a complete letdown. there was only one bath towel and one hand towel provided for two guests. the hot tap in the bath was faulty. i had to fill the bath using the shower head.

the staff members were very courteous and professional. nothing seemed too much trouble for them to handle. the food was excellent , with very good value.
the quality of the pillows was poor , i could not get a good night's rest. walls were thin , meaning i was disturbed by guests next door throughout the night.

the staff members were very accommodating and helpful. my room included french windows, offering direct access to the grounds (i especially appreciated this).
the television in my room was not functional upon arrival. i had to contact the reception multiple times before it was eventually replaced. this caused a delay in my relaxation after a long journey.

the breakfast buffet included locally sourced sausages, a great touch. freshly squeezed orange juice was available, a nice addition to the standard breakfast offerings. the breakfast was great (especially the sausages!).

The hotel grounds feature well maintained gardens, perfect for a relaxing stroll. ample parking spaces are available near the entrance, a detail i found very convenient. the grounds are beautiful. It is a highlight of this place.

The window let in the cold wind. I found the radiator was switched off when I arrived. I had to tune the TV myself.

the proximity to my family. the room offered sufficient comfort. i found the location quite convenient. ample parking was available.
the tv in my room did not function. despite attempts at retuning, i could not get any channels to display. this was disappointing during downtime.
