I found the power shower easy to use. The room also had a hair dryer. The hotel offered tea and coffee, properly stocked. On-site food and drink options were useful , especially because of the nearby McDonald's.

i booked a standard double room. the staff accommodated my dairy allergy with enthusiasm, courtney was especially helpful. i found on-site free parking very convenient and plentiful. the hotel looked fresh and modern throughout.
The smoke alarm went off around 2:45 am, triggered by someone using a shower. That was quite annoying and resulted in poor night sleep.

the staff members were approachable and friendly, something i very much appreciated! they were always willing to help with any requests or questions i had , really solving small issues.

my standard double room was spacious and very clean. the bed was very comfortable, the shower had great pressure. i appreciated the modern and tidy atmosphere i discovered as soon as i walked through the door.

there was ample free parking available on-site, and that was convenient. i found the hotel to be modern throughout its public areas. its proximity to local attractions, such as drayton manor, was very useful.

the breakfast buffet had a good selection for everyone's tastes. i had a nice evening meal at the hotel, the service was lovely! the staff were so kind and attentive during dinner, providing assistance at all times.
