The staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the complimentary packed lunch. The dinner menus offered a nice choice and the food was very beautiful. Breakfast choice was also good and I enjoyed that too.
My room was close to a heavily used door and corridor and was very small. I could hear everything everyone was saying and doing and found it hard to relax. The room was a little dusty and the sink had a bit of layered grime.
