The staff were helpful. They provided extra tea and coffee. The room had generous dimensions and ensured a restful night's sleep. Breakfast included cooked options plus cereals, toast, and fruit. On-site parking offered convenience. The location allowed easy access to the city center.
I found some noise at night. It came from the road and other guests. I think better soundproofing would enhance the experience.

awesome experience
friendly staff amazing meal high recommendation
the staff were super friendly, polite, helpful. courteous. my evening meal in the restaurant was amazing. i highly recommend eating in, i couldn't believe how good it was!
i wasn't told about halal breakfast! there was no bread for toast and when i asked for some, they said they had none. breakfast ended in 1.15mins. i asked for my money back for breakfast but i was told i couldn't get it refunded.

the location was good for what i needed it for. it was conveniently near the hospital and i loved that there was plenty of parking available at any time.

the service was fantastic with friendly staff and clean facilities. i was asked for photo id which was unexpected. i haven't been asked for any in the uk lately.

the restaurant meal was excellent, such great value! my experience with dining was a real highlight of my stay. i will totally recommend trying what they offer.

i enjoyed my room. it was a good size with both a bath and a shower. i found the room very nice and quite comfortable for sleeping and relaxing.

a mixed experience
kitchen smell elevator malfunction
the staff were friendly and helpful at check in.
The room smelled strongly of the kitchen. I suspect it was due to a faulty extractor fan. the low water pressure in the shower also frustrated me. the elevator was out of service. This added to the inconvenience.
