I found some noise at night. It came from the road and other guests. I think better soundproofing would enhance the experience.

the staff were super friendly, polite, helpful. courteous. my evening meal in the restaurant was amazing. i highly recommend eating in, i couldn't believe how good it was!

i wasn't told about halal breakfast! there was no bread for toast and when i asked for some, they said they had none. breakfast ended in 1.15mins. i asked for my money back for breakfast but i was told i couldn't get it refunded.

the staff were friendly and helpful at check in.

The room smelled strongly of the kitchen. I suspect it was due to a faulty extractor fan. the low water pressure in the shower also frustrated me. the elevator was out of service. This added to the inconvenience.
