The location was good. It was not too far from the town center. the room was setup well. It had a desk and chair. i appreciated tea making facilities being available.

The staff were helpful. They promptly addressed my inquiries (always a plus). My room had a desk and a chair, useful for catching up on emails. Tea and coffee making facilities were available in the room. The price of the room was competitive for the area.
The communal toilets were not cleaned very well.

I received a warm welcome with a smile. The hotel had a lovely, quiet environment that i adore. The heating maintained a lovely, warm temperature . A wonderful, helpful, and friendly person was on reception.
I found it a bit run down. The hot water did not work . The TV in my room did not function and i really wanted to watch something.

The hotel offered free parking and i found this very valuable. A bus stop was conveniently located right in front of the building, useful for local transit. WiFi was available, though signal strength was better in the common areas.

the room has no internet. the room was small with humidity. the surrounding area was loud i remember.
