the location is unbeatable i walked straight from arrivals to my comfortable room electronic check-in simplified everything i appreciated the king size bed the room had ample space. i found the kettle a real plus after my long journey.

i noticed the absence of complimentary water bottles and bathroom toiletries which was a bit disappointing given the cost of the stay these small extras can really enhance the guest experience.

There was a burst pipe that cut off water for several hours one day. This. Even getting a glass of water was impossible at first.

the king room was modern. i enjoyed the rainfall shower. the hotel's direct access to the airport terminal made my early departure simple. in-room dining was prompt and delicious (the steak was cooked perfectly!).

It was quite loud in my room. i think quiet hours should be better enforced.

the sink in the bathroom was blocked, and it smelled bad. i tried to make coffee, but the machine leaked a lot. the staff at check-in and check-out seemed annoyed and needed better customer service training. it was not a great experience.
