convenient location reasonable size room condition rubbery bacon
The location is pretty good. It is close to the tram line that goes into the city. Rooms have a reasonable size, I did not need more.
The room looked a bit tired, it showed scuffs and signs of wear. I had breakfast, and the bacon was rubbery. I had to wait 25 minutes for my coffee.

the eighth floor room offered a great ocean view. the room was clean. i liked that it included an iron and a hair dryer.

tired hotel lacking amenties
the hotel photos online gave me completely wrong expectations about the rooms. the room itself was old and kinda tired, i think the amenties were missing some essential things. i also noticed the walls seemed thin, you could hear everything. staff, while polite, weren't very helpful when i needed ANYTHING done for me.

Really good Stay with Amazing Views!
fantastic size warm welcome
The room was a Grand Ocean King, and the size was fantastic. I also appreciated the fine view from the room overlooking the ocean. It was a delight to wake up to. the staff were friendly and helpful.
The car parking access was a bit tricky with a large vehicle. It required careful maneuvering to navigate the space and could be inconvenient.
