the queen bed was really comfortable and i found the room clean and well appointed! the staff were very friendly to all my requests. room service even provided complimentary chocolates and bubbles to my room. it.!!

The tv in my room could be improved. I noticed there wasn't much information on channels or netflix.

i found the room to be spacious and well appointed. the bathroom had quality products i appreciated. the location was central with easy access to shops. the valet parking was efficient and prompt i must say.

i found the water pressure in the shower to be a little weak.

The hotel's location is super central , right next to the Rundle Mall. I loved that access to trams , trains , and buses was so easy. The complimentary mini bar had some treats , a nice surprise. The room featured excellent double glazing , a total plus.

The carpet in my room seemed to need a deep clean , which I found disappointing.
