The apartments are a great size. I found the pool and gym to be very good facilities. A convenient cafe and bar exists in the foyer. The reception staff were all lovely. Check-in and check-out were QUICK and easy..
There is a fee for parking, NEVER stated anywhere. I consider it appalling that for $30 per night I had to pay for parking. The parking is in an unsealed lot the public can easily walk into.

The location offers direct access to the beach, a notable advantage . There are also many dining options. No shortage of food choices. Public transport provides an excellent service for traveling throughout the area.

My room had a partial sea view, a spacious living and kitchen area, and a large bathroom. I appreciated the proximity to the tram stop. A walk to the beach was only minutes away. Staff at reception were helpful.
The champagne glass and wine glass were incomplete. There were missing spoons.
