i stayed in a superior double room. It included tea and coffee making facilities. a BIG bathroom had both a bath and a shower. the continental and cooked breakfast was delicious.

weak shower thin walls
The shower was a HUGE disappointment. It barely trickled water. i expected WAY more than that. the walls seem paper-thin. I could hear EVERYTHING happening in the adjacent room. SLEEP was hard to come by.

The receptionist was very helpful. The hotel was clean and there was a good sized car park. I found the hotel easy to locate from the M1.
Room 204 had a sewage smell. The continental breakfast had a poor choice of healthy eating options. One pear looked unhealthy.

a tender night's rest

friendly staff clean room comforting stay peaceful moments
I worked near loughborough and stayed one night. the staff seemed very friendly. the room was clean. i found my stay very comforting. The experience was heartwarming. if my work brings me back to this place, i will certainly return. the memory of the quiet nights is now a gentle whisper in my heart, a promise of more peaceful moments to come.
the car park barrier wasn't functioning. the shower had some issues with pressure.

the staff were helpful. they addressed all my questions. they offered assistance with directions and provided information regarding local attractions and services, all delivered with a warm smile and genuine care.

EXCELLENT Stay Near the Airport!

I REALLY appreciated the quick and easy check-in. The staff was SO polite, EVEN while managing the busy bar and restaurant. The room was spacious, and the brand-new carpet was great to walk on. I ALSO noticed the good facilities available, like the table, chairs, TV, and kettle. The free parking was VERY convenient. I appreciated its location, as it.
The outside approach to the reception NEEDS some attention. There were cigarette ends visible. (Small detail, though!)

mixed feelings About My Stay

paper-thin walls bathroom cleanliness
I was pretty disappointed with a few things. First, the noise was a real problem. The walls seemed paper-thin, and i could hear everything happening outside and in neighboring rooms. cleanliness wasn't the best. I noticed dust in several areas, and the bathroom could have been cleaner? it's frustrating when basic things like that aren't up to par.
